Welcome to Prasar Metal Pvt. Ltd. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order on our website. By using our site and services, you agree to these terms.

1. Pricing

  • All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT.

  • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price at the time of order.

2. Payment

  • Customers can pay either:

    • At the time of delivery (cash on delivery)

    • At the time of order through QR code/bank transfer to the company’s bank account.

  • Payment details and QR code will be provided during checkout.

3. Delivery Charge

  • Delivery within Nawalparasi (East) district is free of charge.

  • Delivery outside this district: customers will pay delivery charges as per the transport service provider’s rates.

4.  Stock Availability & Delivery Time

  • Product availability (in stock or out of stock) is displayed on each product’s detail page.

  • For items in stock: delivery within 2 days in Nawalparasi (East) and 4 days outside this district.

  • For items out of stock: additional fabrication time of 1 week, plus 4 days delivery outside Nawalparasi (East).

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 1 week of delivery, provided the product’s plastic wrapping has not been removed.

  • Upon return, the refund will be processed after deducting transport costs.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are generally non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

6. Product Handling & Installation

  • Customers must keep the plastic wrapping on door and window frames until the wall plastering work is fully completed to prevent scratches and damage.

  • Customers should remove the wrapping before installation of window shutters or door panels.

  • The cost of window shutters includes full installation and finishing by our team.

7. Account and Orders

  • Customers must create an account on our website to place orders and track them.

  • Ensure that all provided information (contact details, delivery address, etc.) is correct and up to date.

8. Liability

  • Prasar Metal Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for damage resulting from improper installation by third parties, misuse, or removal of protective wrappings before wall plaster completion.

  • In case of any defect or issue with the product, please contact us immediately for assistance.

9. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
